The Pauquette Center for Psychological
Services provides crisis intervention services on
a twenty-four hour basis for current
patients of the Pauquette Center only.
Any active and current patient of
the Pauquette Center who attempts to contact his or her therapist during clinic
hours will be provided with direct and timely access to his or her therapist.
Whenever a present patient of the Pauquette Center attempts to contact
his or her primary therapist during clinic hours the clerical staff will make
every effort to contact the therapist, who, if available, will respond
to the call. In a situation of true
emergency, another clinician will respond if the primary clinician cannot be contacted.
A patient who attempts to contact his or her therapist after hours will
be provided with a means to contact their clinician via the clinic telephone messaging system.
Current patients of the Pauquette Center
who are in crisis can
reach their therapist or the emergency on call clinician by calling 608-742-5518.
If immediate assistance is needed, call 911.
Individuals in crisis who are not presently
patients at the Pauquette Center
should contact emergency resources available in their communities.
Routine matters such as scheduling or changing appointments should be handled
during our regular business hours.
