The staff of the Pauquette Center for
Psychological Services provides consultation services to a number of businesses,
schools, organizations and agencies. These services differ from the traditional
mental health and counseling services that are provided at the Pauquette Center
in that the “client” is the organization, not an individual.
These consulting services include a range of
interventions including team building, conflict resolution, development of
leadership and supervisory skills, stress management training, employee
motivation enhancement, and employee training. Additionally, specialized
training and educational programs are offered on a
range of topics. An issue of timely concern in this regard is sexual harassment
in the workplace; our staff is prepared to offer consultation and staff training
on this matter. A partial listing of available consultation services is provided
